What source did you get that from? And are you sure that source is reliable? There will be almost no proof that 80% of murders happen in Democrat counties, though the current administration will probably try to brainwash the population in believing so. Try researching it before you waste everyones time with your silly questions.

First of all, the correct adjective is "Democratic".
Secondly, you're an idiot. I doubt whether your statistic has any actual validity to it, but it very well could be that 80% of the population, or close to it, lives in the urban and suburban counties that tend to vote Democratic. But again, how do you classify a county as "Democratic"?

I do not know, but it is a very interesting question, and to think there the ones that want to take your right to bear arms away, do you think the murder rate would go down then? I think the democrat counties are too easy on crime. Remember when you as a child, did something wrong, you were punished and the next time you thought of doing something wrong, you thought twice.

A. You've provided 0 proof, or even a source.
B. IF (IF), that were true, I would say the most likely explanation is that murder rates are higher in larger cities due in part to larger populations, and COINCIDENTLY, larger cities (where diversity, culture, and wealth also reign) tend to be more democratic leaning.

Firstly, I would question the assertion that forms the foundation of your question. What is your evidence?
Secondly, I would question the reliability of data gathering. Does every country record every murder and provide the statistics to those carrying out surveys? Does every country categorise deaths according to the same criteria (for example, do they call a political killing 'murder')? I'd be surprised.
Perhaps if you could reword your question to remove the imponderables, we could offer you an answer.

Gee. Wow. Imagine that. A conservative is posting a question with the least amount of out of context information possible to make democrats look as bad as can be implied. How original.

I dont think your numbers are right but Detroit, Michigan was declared the most dangerous city in America and it is indeed a located in a blue state as are several other cities on the list.
See link below for list of most dangerous cities:

The link below has murder rates by state but does not support your hypothesis but it is interesting:

Where is your proof of this? Also, where is the logic in your correlation that the dominant political party of the county of residence is in any way influential to the perpetrator of a murder?
