life is too short so make the most of it whilst you CAN all be together...learned the hard way that in the blink of an eye your whole family can vanish before your eyes...they drive me nuts, those left...UTTERLY BONKERS AT CRIMBO...but it is only once a year....have fun and keep smiling...it stops the gag reflex!!...lol....x

I am not around family at other times of the year, so it is a joy to see them again at Christmas. I try and look forward to being together again, and knowing that it is a rarity, I look of the positives in the experience and try and ignore the negatives.

ha you and me both. I take a small mickey of vodka and hide it behind the barn (since the family doesnt drink) and sneak out for a smoke and a quick sip and come back in feeling relaxed and a lot more happier. LOL

Because most people have forgot what Christmas is about,they think you should spend money you don't have on people you don't like.By the way I'll be over later to see what you got me for Christmas,ha-ha.

It's not just you. How do you deal with it? Well, just remember if you are an adult you don't HAVE to spend all this time with your family. If it bothers you that much just opt out.

My family doesn't. Christmas Eve me and my boyfriend spend with his family and I'm still getting to know them so it's fun. Christmas Day me and my boyfriend spend with my family and they are so crazy and fun.

nope its not just you,
my family is the same...
i guess its just because there stressed out because of Christmas =/
i just go in my room and stay there all day or i just go out and hang with my friends...
just try relax go out and enjoy yourself =]

They are verrrrrrrrrrry annoying, especially when they r all in ur business and asking questions and stuff....lol but i luv them ....
