Some actually do & some are purely psychological, Viagra,
Cailis & the like all have physical effects others that are herbal can be a lottery or take along time to build up in your
system on the other hand if they only work on a psychological
level they are an improvement on before

The prescription type work. I'm not so sure about the commercial with smiling Bob (Enzyte) but I did find an article about them having to pay 2.5mil to customers because their product did not work as advertised.

non prescriptive enhancers do not work, they only make money for the manufacturers. there are some prescriptive medications, but they have risks associated with taking them. if you have an impotence problem, discuss these with your doctor.

Which ones? Niagra, Cialis, and levitra all work! I don't know about the over-the-counter ones, but I seriously doubt they work.
