"What legal arguments could a lawyer make against IBM for their role in the Holocaust?" - None without evidence.

"IBM helped in every stage of the killings" - For that to be true IBM employees would have operated the gas chambers and ovens. I don't think this was the case.

I'm thinking none. IBM did not directly affect the outcome of the Holocaust, they simply provided technlogly and are not responsible for what was done with their technology. That's like blaming Intel for a hacker stealing financial information.

As well, I would guess that the statue of limitations is over for the Holocaust which did occur over 60 years ago.
