If so - how long, how bad?
If not - how did you avoid it?

Thanks!

I've had three c-sections and only had a spinal headache after one. It lasted for about 2 days. They told me to push fluids, mainly caffeinated drinks..it did help although it made me a bit shaky.

No, I did not get a spinal headache after my C-section. However, I don't know that I necessarily did anything to avoid it. I just listened to the nurses and did what they told me to do. I wasn't allowed out of bed until the next morning when they took my catheter out, but they had me moving as much as possible until then, i.e., moving my legs from side to side, up and down, etc.

I did not. I thought I would because I get migraines really easily...but no, no headache! I was so relieved!
