I love my family to death and this year a couple of my cousins and I have bought a ticket to a cruise for Cassie(( my 11 year old neice )) and to top it off I wanted to get her a bathing suit. But the problem is it has to be super cheap since i spent alot of money on the cruise.

She's very self conscious though and i want a bathing suit that will make her look and feel great.

* she is 11
* sort of pale
* medium/long light brown hair
* very small bust area (( i dont think she is an A cup yet ))
* Very thin,metabolism hasnt caught up with her yet ;)
* accept the thigh area just a bit (( none of us think so, but she is uncomfertably in bottoms that magnify that area ))
* About five feet tall
* My brother and his wife don't have any rules about her wearing anyting "revealing" but still, she is only 11 so it must be reasonable.

Again, very self conscious and i just want to make her look and definately feel great.

I would try a halter top that would really even out her bust area with her bottom and for the bottom try some cute boy shorts or if she’s to shy try some board shorts or the bottoms with the skirt that way if she's a little shy about her bottom she won’t be showing to much. I you wan something that’s pretty cheap try your local outlets or maybe stores like Target and Wal-Mart they might not have much selection though. aside from those places the only other place to find a suit would be Pac sun they might even have them on sale because its winter time. Good luck. Oh and I would stick to darker colors with a reddish undertone that way they wont be to flashy and make her feel to flashy and they'll add some color to her pale skin. Try brown or a nice purple or magenta, even a black with a nice design.

You'd be much better off taking her to the store with you, rather than buying something without her. She'd probably appreciate the company, the attention, and the effort. There is nothing wrong with giving her a reasonable expense limit.

However, I have to say that you have very strange priorities: You spend "alot (sic) of money on the cruise", then you want to be "super cheap" about a bathing suit, then you say she is "very self (sic) conscious", yet you give so many details about her, nearly to the point of obsession, that I can't help but understand her self-consciousness.

My best friend is named Cassie. She is 11. She is pale and thin to! Maybe we are talking about the same Cassie! Get her a one piece bathing suit with shorts or a skirt. You can look on ebay and find a lot of good deals on bathing suits.

Actually if she's just like what you descirbed, then i think any bathing suit would go well on her :D
But, you shouldn't pick pale colors because she has white skin. You may try hot pink or blue, but like baby blue...
Of course she's 11 and the bathing suit may have some cute patterns. Like little spots on it or stripes.
You know her better than me, you can pick the best one :D
Good luck!
