I'd just like to compare your routine with our here in Italt.Generally speaking, I have to say that mostly due to a shortage of stuff the shifts are very hard.Nurses here are asked to work on 3 shifts, morning, afternoon or at night. The amount of work is normally very heavy and often you have to run to be able to do the whole of it.Hw does it work in the USA?Are you somehow better organized or is it just the same?
Thanks.

it is pretty much the same. we also work three shifts, and there is often more work than we can handle....I think it is probably a global issue.
