My wife and I usually go every year around Thanksgiving.
Normally the crowds are much smaller, but for some reason this year was packed.
Last year there were deals abound months before going, but this year there wer no deals to be found even 3 months or more in advance, right down to a week before we were to go.
However Vegas is always fun.
Weather this year was near 80 degrees day time,
and around 50 at night.
Clear and sunny.
Right up to the day before Thanksgiving.

When I vacationed here before moving here I always came out the beginning of October. Weather was always great especially during the day. At night it gets a little cool but a light jacket was all I needed. November gets a bit chilly. As long as the sun is up and you stay in it it is fine.
October is the end of the busy season there because the weather is still good here and cold everywhere else. So the crowds and prices are a bit higher than in the summer months. Around Thanksgiving the prices really begin to drop for the hotels but the airfares go up so you have to balance the two.
It is probably too early to get deals right now for next year. Wait until about two to three months before you think you want to travel and book then. You can start now looking for price comparisons and check until then. When you see them start to fluctuate then book.
October is better than November here weather wise but the prices are better in November except for air fare. Good luck.

- Weather is very pleasant. Early October can still be a little hot, but normally it would 70 or 80s in Octbober, and 60s and 70s in November. Nights can be quite chilly.. so you will need a sweater or jacket.
- Crowds are not too bad expect around Holidays like thanksgiving. Although October would be one the more popular travel months of the year.. not so much in November.
Prices would be the same.. higher around Holidays or special events, but not to bad otherwise.

We were just there a month ago to get married. It was fine. The weather was awesome- never needed a sweater but wasn't too warm either. The crowds are way better than in the spring- we were there in May and it was hot as hell and seemed busier. As for deals you have to call hotels but usually the off-season stuff can yield really good deals. Good luck!

It's cold, but who cares if you're going to be inside your hotel most of the time. Vegas is always crowed... that's Vegas for ya.
You can often be a better deal on line, check here.http://www.vegas.com/

Weather: unpredictable, anywhere from cold to fine; not hot like summer. Crowds: not bad. Deals: the Aladdin is probably the most stars (5) per dollar -- check their web site for deals.

I live here. It is very nice here in those months. This Oct we were in the mid 80's. This Nov we were mid 70's. There are always people here. Deals, you get better deals when you book months ahead. I would book now. Those months are convention months. So the rooms get booked up quickly. Hope this helps!!!

It is slightly colder but still a blast. It really has no different feel to it except your walking around in warm clothes. deals are no different and the neither are the crowds.
