Ok here it goes. My boyfriend had a vasectomy 2 years ago.
I am scared I might be pregnate. I have missed my period since sept 21st i took a test in november it was negitive. Now i am experincing pelvic pressure, itchy nipples. i feel so embarrased, low back pain and i am so tired all the time and cry at the drop of a dime. I dont have health insurance . some one told me i could have had a false positive. my issue is i keep feeling like i am going to have my period and it does not start. what should i do? are these symptoms? I have never had children so i have no idea.

It's PREGNANT not Pregnate..
And you should see your doctor if you haven't had a period since Sept. 21st!
There could be something wrong!

there is such a thing as false positive but it rarely happens, if your pregnant you will want to sleep alot more, need to go to the bathroom more, more sad, more angrier than usual, headaches that come like everyday and are hard, a missed period. and the others are in the source section. if you think you might be pregnant then about 1-5 days before your missed period purchase a home pregnancy test. like first response, ept, clear blue. those are senstive ones. about 2-3 days after no period any test can be used. try to buy a box with 2-3 in it so you can retest if needed. and take the test the next morning because it has the highest concentration of hcg (the pregnancy hormone known as Human chorionic gonadotropin) you can also about 2 weeks past the date you had sex and may have become pregnant you can go to your doctor for a blood test to determine without a doubht if your pregnant or not. implantation bleeding is another sign of pregnancy which is listed in the source section also.

good luck
god bless you

ginger Source(s) DID YOU KNOW... Pregnancy is counted from the first day of a woman's last period. This means that at conception, the unborn child is already considered two weeks old!

The First Trimester
(Week 1 - Week 12)
More about the First Trimester
Your period stops or becomes very light.
You may feel nausea or queasiness. Some women vomit. ("Morning sickness" can happen any time of day -- it may help to eat small meals throughout the day, snack on crackers or toast, or drink juice or lemonade.)
Your breasts swell and may be tender.
Your nipples and the area around the nipples (areola) get darker and broader.
You have to urinate more often.
You feel tired.
You may become constipated and have heartburn (Tums may help).
You may have headaches.
You experience mood swings -- feel angry, sad, or happy for no reason.

Implantation Bleeding during pregnancy
Implantation bleeding, spotting, can happen at the time the fertilized egg implants in the uterus, on average between 6 to 12 days past ovulation. It is is vaginal discharge which usually contains a small amount of pinkish or brownish blood. Only about 1 in 3 pregnant women experience implantation bleeding.
Approximately one third of all pregnant women report bleeding that is associated with implantation. The presence of implantation bleeding does not increase the overall risk of miscarriage, however. Most pregnancies will continue until term without further bleeding.

Report any abnormal vaginal bleeding during pregnancy to your doctor. Be prepared to give information about the amount of blood lost and a description of how you are feeling overall.

The cells that eventually form the placenta are called trophoblasts. Specialized trophoblasts, the syncitiotroblast, are responsible for developing an interface with the maternal circulatory system to provide nutrients and allow gas (oxygen and carbon dioxide) exchange to occur.

Sometimes, while this interface is developed, some of the maternal blood is lost. This implantation bleeding is typically short in duration and quite light. Implantation bleeding is one of the early signs of pregnancy
