DEpends on your str. If higher than 80 i guess it would be 70+

it depends on what ur fighting.If the monster has a very low def.lv(like a hill giant or somthin'),yu could probably hit it with a high 70.If ur fighting a Black Dragon-u wouldn't hit as much.
I've heard that you could do it with a Derek Greataxe,though-so try it!!!xD

Without knowing all your combat skills & the stats of the monster your fighting & the jagex combat calculator its impossible to say.
