I have a WhirlPool wich capacity is 8Kg. I want to know if it means 8 Kg of dry clothes or wet.

Well I didn't care about that for my clothes before, but now I think about washing my blankets one after another, each blanket weighs 4 Kg (dry); when wet I guess it can reach maybe 10 Kg because, really thick. Can I wash a blanket like that in my 8 Kg W.M ?

Never overload a washer. Things will not get clean if too much is crowed into such a small area. Wash heavy items, like blankets and bedspreads separately. They will be much cleaner and your washer won't break down.
