Life can and will change. Nothing ever stays the same. Today is different from yesterday and tomorrow will be different again. You can feel stuck in negativity and unhappiness, feeling life will never feel better.... that isn't true. Things can improve. Its usually a case of starting small. Don't wait for some huge massive life changing "event" to come along. Start with small things. Take little steps.
Think about where you want to be then break it down into small manageable steps. Take one day at a time. Build up success. It is never hopeless or beyond repair. The ONLY time you can claim its hopeless is the moment you take your last breath on your death bed. That is the ONLY time its then too late to make any changes.

I believe that life is what you make it and that all that holds you back are the limitations you place on yourself or let other people place on you.
If you are stuck in a rut, then you only have yourself to blame, with a little positivity and a lot of hard work anything is achievable. Look for opportunities and never listen to those who say that you cannot do it. Work harder and show them the truth.

Change is the only constant in the world, as they say. There is nothing that would not change and still be whatever it is. Change is the world, change is the time and change is the life that we all are. I am my change and even when I try not to be, change I will in time and in the act. The very fact that makes me realise that I do not change, or I have not changed, is certainly due to the change that has taken place all around me, within my life and in my mind. For instance, whenever my hopes are dashed, my expectations fail to bear fruit, my burning ambitions are damped down or whenever my dreams do not become realities, I am most likely to think that something needs to be done, something needs to be changed, but the fact is that all things do. Then what could be the matter, and where may be the problem?
I might even realised as a fact that I have indeed changed one way or the other, but a change in general is not good enough for a life that needs to be specifically purposed throughout. If I do not claim my stake in a life that is change itself then I might change in tens of hundreds of different ways but not in the way I might have liked to, hoped to or aspired to. I think this is where lies the most simplistic reality of life.
It is like trying to get on board a big train that is this world, changing all the time. We have to wait for the train of suitable time to arrive and stay ready for boarding. We are often thwarted by the flow of things, by the consistent rapidity and randomness of events that happening in life; we might even feel dejected and left out.
We normally see that opportunities appear only briefly and then they disappear, or bad situations staying a lot longer in our circumstances, but the fact is that it might be us who are attuned to see opportunities passing fleetingly and unfavourable circumstances always persisting longer then expected. If we live through each day reasonably keenly and wait eagerly for every new day rise, if we build our expectation based upon our earnestly invested efforts then we might realise that there is more to life, there are more doors to open and the life in general is full of opportunities.
This might sound like a talk from a self-help book but this is true. For instance people who believe in God they might find themselves relatively more sensitive towards things unfolding into their lives – they might like say they seek the Will of God. And those people who believe in themselves, I think, their life, if on the way to successful, is build up by systematic, gradual and consistent laying upon of efforts, of flowing their initiatives to the exhaustion of all possibilities of to the availability of opportunities. We create specific opportunities for ourselves in a life that is full of general opportunities at random.

Life is constantly filled with changes this is why we must cope with each day at a time because we will never have a chance to repeat it.

it can change positively for you , but you can't bank on it and do you know what, it can get worse too. so basically, i believe that you just have to grind it out.
