Ebay is good for finding hard to find items or specialty stuff. However, Amazon is where I go when I am wanting to find stuff and have some protection from scammers.

I prefer to buy off of Amazon, especially electronics or any other higher priced items. Amazon has decent prices and free shipping. Amazon has a very good return policy as well.
For the type of things I buy, I rarely come across good deals on Ebay, and I don't have the patience to play in bidding wars.
There are many unscrupulous vendors on ebay, and even if I did get a good deal, I'd rather spend a few more dollars and buy it from a more reliable and trustworthy source like Amazon.

Just bought some Christmas presents a couple of days ago from amazon.com and they already arrived. Almost forgot they had the Best price of anyone with Free shipping.

Yes,it seems more secure to me.But it also depends on the item,If I want books&cd's and dvd's I most definitely shop from Amazon.com but for other stuff,I use eBay.

I get loads of stuff from amazon, I have only ordered one thing from ebay, it was a glass clown for my mum and it arrived broken, wouldn't chance it again.

Hmm I like e-bay for deals and for obscure things or antiques, but I usually use overstock.com instead of amazon.com. I just like it a bit better, cheaper and better shipping quotes it seems.

yes i would coz then you know the things are straight from the manufacturers and your sure you can get something. ebay is good for browsing and then finding things u want.
