Mine shoud say
ND: It snows sideways here due to the amount of wind and yes I know we do not have enough trees its a farmland state you moron, its still a great state because we have very little crime and no i don't have to lock my house when I leave because what if the neighbors need to borrow something, and even if they don't they are watching the house anyway and if some stranger pulls up they will grab the dog and the deer rifle and go check it out.

I live in Washington, DC, the US capital. Our license plates say "Taxation Without Representation" because DC has no voting representatives in the US Congress. It's absolutely outrageous!
