No. There are many regional dialects in Britain which you could affect but this is really about it. The only really way to say "Happy Christmas" differently would be in a weirdly old-fashioned way such as "Have a bally spiffing Christmas old bean" or to use txt slang "GD XMAS". Neither way is especially appropriate.

Christmas is full of tradition, hope and longing as well as fun and goodwill so the only true possible greeting is "Happy Christmas!" said with a smile on your face and meaning it.

"Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year" is very common in the UK
or....
"Seasons Greetings" perhaps??
