Absolutely. Did your doctor not explain this to you when they prescribed the pills? If you miss a pill, you are supposed to use a back-up method of birth control. Missing a pill can trigger ovulation.

You had sex without birth control. Yes, pregnancy is a possibility. It's also a possibility with birth control.

For some, taking a pill every day at the same time is easier said than done. After my husband and I moved with just about a month of my pregnancy left, I got out of the habit of taking my daily prenatal vitamin. Those do not have to be taken at the same time every day, yet I didn't think to take them at all most days.

Before my marriage, I found it much easier to remember to keep my pants on. No pregnancies. No worries.

Yep. Get some back-up birth control to use for the rest of the month if you miss a pill, and set an alarm so you NEVER forget to take one again.

Honestly, how hard is it to remember to take a pill every day? I just don't get it. I have 2 small children (planned), and it's not hard for me to remember, despite the chaos in my home. The cell phone alarm rings at noon, I reach into my purse, and take the pill. Not so hard.

Yes. Read the instructions that come with your pills. You are supposed to use a backup method for a week (or more) after if you miss a pill.
