He would probably be curious and study it closely, and attempt to digest it all with glee.

How do I know? He says and i quote:
Is not life a hundred times too short for us to bore ourselves?
Friedrich Nietzsche

He also loved Paris, and Paris is still as vibrant and alive asit must have been in his days..

As so far as Nietzsche's own philosophy went, he probably would be very disappointed with the world as it is today, as the "weak" (as Nietzsche saw it) Christian moral values continue to dominate much of society.

However, since Nietzsche's moral theories (I'm thinking of "Beyond Good and Evil" and "The Genealogy of Morals" here) were undoubtedly the precursor to Nazism, (Nietzsche argued that the Jews were the source of many problems, and claimed that a "super-race" should be established and allowed to flourish) which inspired Hitler, I don't really think we should mind that the world didn't become what Nietzsche hoped it would.

perhaps, but you know he really liked interesting things, he wanted the world to be an interesting and conflicted place. I think he would enjoy watching the politicians argue and he would really love the wars popping up all over the place. I think he'd get a kick out the Muslim extremist groups because they make the world an interesting place. He would, of course, be completely annoyed with the Buddhists and christians and jews and hindus trying to make the world a peaceful and loving place. I think he would just LOVE the problems in the U.S.

but you know, he only died apx 100 years ago, and things aren't really that different - maybe some are more "touchy feely" and "let's all love one another" but, I don't think its so much more than it used to be

Maybe. But he was a pretty disappointing person himself. He wrote in a way he did not live. I would not be bothered if we did not live up to his expectations.
