I can tell you about the elf that lived in my banyan tree...
he was about 18 inches tall. He had very leathery looking skin, kinda like florida golfers get after a while...he was that same nut-brown color too. His nose was a little on the narrow side, and his lips were very thin - he smiled a lot...or maybe he was smirking, I was never sure. he wore all brown , looked like some kinda homespun cloth, his pants hit his shins and he was always barefoot. One of the creepiest things about him was his toes - they were so long they almost looked like fingers! his fingers were long and bony, too...the banyan tree in question was about 10ft in diameter, if you included all the vines that hung from it near the trunk - he had a LOT of room in there to hide, and he probably needed it. We had a bunch of feral cats in the neighborhood, and he also had to compete with the local squirrel population for birdseed from our feeders. He was very wiry and slightly stooped over most of the time, but unbelievably agile - I saw him almost RUN UP the trunk of that tree once to escape the neighbor's poodle.
we pretended not to notice each other mostly.
Edit:almost forgot - sometimes we would hear him whistling, mostly bird calls.

Shorter than me. Cute. With slighty pointed ears and a turned up nose.Dressed in red and green wearing a pointed hat with fur trim.Plus wearing striped socks that go all the way up to his knickers. And, his elf shoes are pointed and turn up on the end of the toes.He has a special sounding voice also. I wasn't sure when I saw the first one of the season if he had escaped from the Keebler factory or if it was Christmas!

5'9, eyes that shine a face that looks like Frankenstein, has any body seen Wally's gal? Orrrrr, short, quick, little pointy hat, bakin' cookies or hammering on toys and little shoes with bells and curled up toes and an impish grin on the little face. Find one under a toad stool when it rains.

4ft. 8in. tall, bright green eyes, large pointed ears, wearing green felt trousers, a long sleeved white shirt, and a green felt vest. There are bright red bells on the toes of his green felt slippers and the top of his pointed green felt cap. He has a big smile and a fine singing voice. He has long slender fingers good for working on the intricate parts of toys. Has a plump round belly caused by eating many of the Christmas goodies. His name is Jack and he has three brothers, Sid, Fred, and Gustave.

Put a Vulcan head of appropriate size on a chipmunk or squirrel, dress the creature like Robin Hood or one of his merry men. Have him standing on hind feet, wearing "buckle shoes" and peasants hat with a pheasant tail feather.

You're perfectly normal, don't worry. You could train yourself to a certain extent, but you need to believe in it! IN GOD WE TRUST!

What type are you referring to? I have several different clans using my cave as a storage house for the over flow from the North Pole. They come in all heights, weights, ear size, clothing, & temperment. One here looks like a Lord of The Rings guy. Wait! It is Orlando Bloom. See ya later folks.

Love your questions today. Elves come in all shapes and all descriptions but mine are always dressed in green with funny hats and shoes. At Christmas they add jingle bells to costume.
