Class warfare at its finest....

Stop drawing the lines. Liberals wonder why they can't win an election and still drop this slanted propaganda all day long...

EDIT

The thumbs ups and downs here explain it all.... If you get your news from Comedy Central and claim to be "smarter" you are sorely mistaken....

Daily show deals in insults not news stories, O'reilly may be biased but he actually tells news stories. While John Stewart is acting like a 3rd grader, calling the president names.

You got your story from MSNBC I think this whole country has gone stupid, that is a poll that was probably biased anyways, that doesn't mean anything, it's called propaganda and ignorant people like you take it as fact.

How come John Stewart says it's just entertainment, yet his viewers are smart enough to know that and take it as facts, people think him making fun of the president for making a mistake in a speech, means that everything else he does is wrong. I think people like John Stewart who spews out propaganda to the ingorant is ruining this country.

It' just scares me that there are so many sheep that just believe things because they want to. I don't always agree with Bill O'reilly in fact I watch MSNB, CNN, and every station to get a variety.

You people who get your political information from a comedy station are in no position to be calling anyone else uneducated.

oversimplified. there are too many factors to come into play. If I watch spongebob am I a child? no I am not. to make sweeping generalisations like this is not productive, you need to do proper research if you want to knwo something about a group of people.

Gee, a statistic from MSNBC, it must be totally factual!

Who did this research, Keith Olbermann?

I sometimes watch both; often I was neither. I am too busy getting my education.

Some of the answers you're receiving here are downright laughable, especially the broad stereotyping of the Fox audience. I guess I should throw my college degree away and take a pay cut, since after all, we're all supposed to be "dumb uneducated hicks," I might as well attempt to play the role. I'd hate to disappoint.

By the way, Fox is rated the number one news source and O'Reilly's viewers outnumber The Daily Show's two to one. Tell me, Sylvia, which station the "educated" trust more?

I watch both of them. The more sources of information, the better to make an informed decision.

You could be the most educated person alive but without common sense your education is just useless fodder.

Polls have indicated that the Daily Show viewers are more educated. That has been my experience as well. The people I know personally who are Daily Show fans are educated professionals. Those I know who love O'Reilly typically have no more than a high school education. But more interesting to me, the Daily Show fans do tend to be more laid back and less sensitive, while the O'Reilly fans are incredibly high strung and easily offended. Again, that is from my personal experience.

Edit: BTW, I don't watch either shows, I don't watch TV at all. I'm merely stating what I have read from the polls and experienced in life. So giving me thumbs down for objective reporting seems, well, reactionary and overly sensitive. Are there that many O'Reilly fans on here? That explains a lot.

Daily Show without a doubt. But what of us who don't watch either?
