- Believe none of what you hear, and only half of what you see.
- Let bygones be bygones / Live and let live... or simply "be respectful and mindful of others."
- Don't be a hotshot or a bully, but don't be a pushover.
- Do not risk the life or well-being of yourself or any person for the sake of a cheap thrill.
- Don't be one of "them," because "they" are stupid. You know how dumb the average person is? Well by definition, half of them are even dumber than that. (This is mostly for his pre-teen and teen years).
- "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." - Dr. Seuss.
- Don't let anybody convince you that you're not a man. You can wear a dress and put on make-up, or play with dolls, and you'll still have what it takes to be a man.
- Disregard everything people tell you is acceptable for a person in your situation and go for it, provided it harms nobody.
- When shaving, don't move the razor from side to side.
- The worst vice any person can have is giving advice to an independant adult.

I could go on for eternity.
