a slogan is normally just words
a logo would be more of a picture
if you want an official "slogan" with words, photoshop or a program similar can get the job done well, with all the text effects and lighting, to make it fit your website well

well people go through several years of university to get master's degrees in design, myself included. perhaps you should hire one, that is depending on how well you want your company to do.
