Your program follow these task:

c) In the Deposit, the customers can deposit amount in his account and updated balance must be displayed.
d) In the withdraw, the customer can withdraw amount and updated balance must be shown.
e) In the Transfer, the amount must be transferred to other customer account.
f) If amount is less than 500 Rs then deduct 25 Rs on each withdraw.
g) If amount is Greater than 2000 Rs Then

This is the main problem with your argument: Computers don't reproduce. But you could actually make a computer program that would mimic evolution. But for that to make sense, you have to set some arbitrary value and "reward" the computer for getting closer. A simple example would be five random numbers from one to ten, say 65432. You then get the computer to randomly generate digits in an attempt to get the original number. If one digit is correct it stays. For other digit, the computer selects another random number in a blind attempt to match the original. Eventually, the computer will "find" the number. Suppose the original number are the environmental conditions and the numbers represent some characteristic and how close or far it is. You could also reproduce the "close enough" aspect. a 2 being replaced by a 4 while looking for 6 would be "rewarded" by the program no longer looking for numbers below 4. This would be a simplified mathematical model for evolution.
