first you want to look at the last number, 14. Find all the possible values that can be MULTIPLIED to get 14:
14 = 7*2
14 = 14*1

Now look at the middle number, -5. Is there any way to get -5 from 14 and 1, NOPE. Is there anyway to get -5 out of 7 and 2, YEP. -7 + 2 = -5, so you know that those must be the factors.
