The answer is V: (-4,7) but how do you solve it?

(y - 7)^2 = -8(x + 4) is in the form (y - k)^2 = 4p(x - h)

When it is in this form the vertex is (h, k). In this case, h = -4 and
k = 7. So the vertex is (-4, 7).

Let :-
Y = y - 7
X = x + 4
Y ² = - 8 X
On XY axes , vertex is (0,0)
On xy axes , vertex is (- 4 , 7)
