I always operate on a fair amount of anxiety, I guess, sometimes it is better, but lately it is awful. I feel so scared and overwhelmed, I can't breathe properly, and I feel like I can't concentrate on anything. I feel like i can't communicate properly and when I try I always get more anxious because I am sure people are looking at me like I am nuts, I think they are because I am so awkward and stumble over everthing I say.
I CAN"t seem to STOP aNd it is driving me crazy. Please make any suggestions because I can't stand this. i am afraid of medication, I tried it once and hated hw I felt on it.

The obvious things to suggest would be medication & councilling - I would plumb for the councilling out of those two.

Personally I would suggest meditation &/or self hypnosis, but as a hypnothrapist & a meditation teacher im bias!

Another route is suppliaments. If your lacking in B vitamins these can cause you to be mildly depressed, you can even get suppliaments such as St John Wort & 5 HTTP that help with seratonin levels, the happy hormone in the brain.

Also make sure that you get exercise, even just walking to get some fresh air through you & good sleep.

You sound like you are experiencing an anxiety attack. Seek out some counseling and find out why this is happening.

You can also take some quiet time to go back to figure out when this all stated, usually some event, trauma, is involved.

Take deep, slow breaths to relax, you can control your thoughts, so begin to do that. Ask yourself if what you are thinking is rational, it most likely isn't if you are having an attack.

The opposite of anxiety is relaxation.

If you can figure out what causes the panic and stop making it run your life, you can lick the problem.

I know it sounds cut and dried but simply speaking, that is the solution. Release and do the opposite thing!

theres this spray called resuce remedy its in a yellow box when you really get freaked spray this in your mouth and it may help its all natural.
even going to natural foods store and telling them your issues there could be a few natural pills you could go on to control also.
