I managed a music store for 11 years, we sold Martin. According to the Blue Book if it's in average condition (scratches-fret wear) it is worth $2,300-$2,700 if in mint condition $3,500ish. It is hard to tell without seeing it. The real valuable Martins are the OLD ones like 1946 HD28. Do you have the original case?

If you would like to have it apparaised. The most credible source is George Gruhn at gruhnguitars.com You will need to send him a picture of it and $50 bucks, but what he says its worth....its worth.

p.s. that is a cool guitar...good luck!
