answer for his crimes?

Hi: The US hostages were American employees of US multinational corporations such as Perot Systems, Inc., some oil workers, many were low level US Government Diplomats and US military Marine Corps. They were held for more than a year I believe and was an act of war.

Are we justifying crime, are we selling out our own citizens over what and who? If someone is identified as the purpetrator by the victims why should he not answer for his crimes, what is a good reason, any?

Bush had better answer for lotsa crimes long before Ahmadinejad answers for that incident. There's no real comparison. Also, I don't think it's ever been proven that he was part of the deal. Only "proof" is that a couple of the hostages, 30 years later, "think' he looks like the same guy. On the other hand, we're pretty sure Bush is really Bush.

I don't think it's the same person, Ahmadinejhad has a small nose, the identified hostage taker has a huge nose. Look at the videos! It's obvious it's not the same person.

Never. Remember that this administration is too afraid of taking on Iran. Partly due to the anti-war rhetoric over here that discourage any future wars. Iran is an enemy, we have to be careful of them. Ahmadinejad endorses terrorists.

Whetehr or not the hostage situationwas a crime depends largely on where you are viewing it from....the situation occurred during the overthrow off the Shah of Iran, The Shah was a ruthless despot that was propped up by the US government...... Iranians are likely to look at the episode as a revolution.......Our country at one time was involved in a revolution, and many in England at the time would have viewed our founding fathers as a bunch of criminals..... Dont confuse this as support for the man, my point is that evrything is relative to the situation you are in when viewing it

Soon as we can recon in there and take him out. Which needs to be done. The Guy is a radical loony toon. Who can actually think the way he does and be a president? Wow wow wow!! Kill Israel and the US is Devil Spawn. Cuz our religions tell us to kill people that don't accept our ideals?
Campaign rhetoric in those type countries is all about who hates the US the most. While the educated and able escape to the US as fast as they can!

As soon as he manages to use a nuclear bomb against Israel or the US. Hopefully he'll answer in a different way though with the old head of the KGB Putin running Russia and giving Uranium to Iran I fear this day is coming.

Even if it was him, never. They won a lawsuit against Iran,it was overturned. Not that they would have collected, but they were still stripped of their justice. I'll see if I can find the story.
