Stop right there, don't disable anything in msconfig unless you know what it is and are sure you don't need it!

Unless you are experienced it is better to use a program like startuplite (free) for this kinda thing. It only displays startup entries that are definitely unnecessary for system function. With this program you can just go on trial and error - if you disable a startup entry and something doesn't work as you want it to, you can always re-enable it. You may not be so lucky if you disable an important system startup entry using msconfig...

Having said that, you can disable google updater (or even better, uninstall the google toolbar if you don't use it much), dell support, run google web, and verizon help.

I'd leave java (is it 'jusched'?), unless you can be bothered to manually check for updates to java. (This is security related - when there is a vulnerability discovered in java they release updates to patch the vulnerability)

Java is probably the only one you should allow. You probably well have to just play around with it. Check a couple of them. Reboot, maybe even use your computer for a couple of days make sure nothing is wrong, then go back in and check a couple more until you feel you have gotten all the ones you think.
Most of those you probably don't need unless it has some strange name.

Keep the Java update check and anything that has to do with security, ie, anti virus, firewall, etc. all others can be stopped/unchecked.

Of the ones you listed, you don't really need any of them. The Java entry is just an update checker.

if you do not know anything,
it's better for you to use a software.
such as Ashampoo StartUp Tuner 2.0 and its free.
