I really don't think it necessary to find an eloquent way of saying the run around. The reason I say that, you have been on the phone or whatever and wasted lots of time. It is frustrating, and you deserve to have services provided. They have been sending you on a "Wild Goose Chase." They need to be concerned about customer service/customer relations.
