I once found what I think its a spider that had its legs sideways, walked sideways and was flat. The color was a brownish-orange, a little bit hairy, the number of legs was between 6 and 8. I've searched for crab spiders but none fit the profile, found it on the beach really extrange looking thing... Any info is helpful

It's not small, it's actually the length of a finger with it's legs stretched out... Any sarcastic reply, please go to the health section...

Thanks for the reply, I found at a beach apartment and also my sister said she found it on her car and we dont live anywhere near a sea... It surely didnt look like a spider, but how can a crab be on a car in the city?

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v82/jessyaro/Imagen1.jpg I drew it like i remember it... yeah it look like THAT! I'm not making it up, that's why I thought this creature to be strange cause the only thing that resembles a spider is the 8 legs and the fact that it lives on the city...

It would help to know where this was. There are spiders that live in sandy areas, and it does sound like a crab spider, but a bit more info would help. A photo, of course, would help more..

You sure it was hairy?

There are baby crabs on the beach. I am not sure what they are called, but there like the size of the tip of your finger. I think I have a picture of one from when my family and I went to the beach in Seattle Wa.

They are really small, but not hairy and they do walk sideways.

If it didn't have 8 legs for sure, it wasn't a spider. Hmm.
