No, the spouse's income is not included. Only the biological parent's.

Child support is never based on combined incomes between your new spouse. That is no fair to the new spouse.

Most states are moving towards combined income of the two biological parents.

No. The amount is based on both parents income at the time of the divorce unless another court date is held. Even then, it is the wages of the two parents and not a new spouse.
