i think they listen to Chinese music. it is a very good music. i find it really nice though i'm not Chinese.
of course, they also listen to other kinds of music, worldwide music (like pop, hip-hop and others).

I think girls do listen to 'Twins'. It's 2 girls, who are not actual twins, and they are doing every kind of celebrity things and they sing too. My friend showed me some live concerts some time ago.:)
