Sometimes I will be playing with my son and all the sudden I will feel like I need to throw up. This has happened about 10 times over the last 2 years.

That used to happen to me with the game Twisted Metal 3 for PS1. I could only play it for about 15 minutes then I'd be totally dizzy. In fact I'm getting dizze just thinking about it and I haven't played that game in 6 years or more!

I remember back in 2004 after buying "Star Wars Battlefront" and the X-Box (it came as a bundle) that night I had these violent dreams so yep video games can cause these kinds of things to happen.

There was one series that I made myself sick a couple times while playing, but that was my fault: The "Descent" series. Flying through those tunnels, burners on and sliding around and up/down could really lead to some serious motion sickness!

Yes, I get it all the time! Spyro the Dragon and racing games are the worst. Just lie down in a dark room; it works for me most of the time.

I know some games are capable of causing epileptic seizures..Maybe you're getting a nauseous from those games
Keep track of the games that make you feel sick and the ones that don't. You may get a clue there..

Yes but not quite as often as that.
It's motion sickness, when you're totally focussed on an action game your brain percieves the motion but it's not being felt by the body
