Your so lucky to get to go!
-I saw some pretty cool incense holders that look like towers that have pieces cut out and the incense swirls through it. I always thought that they were pretty cool. Some of them use the stick incense though so you'd have to buy that to go along with it. I have seen them at Walmart and Kiosks in the mall. I bought one a while back and it's a nice decoration and useful.
-Some good coffee if you think they would like it. You know some different flavored kind or something.
-Some magazines on different subjects for those that want to practice English, you know, a real good variety not just the typical ones you can find there.
-Body soaps, oils, butters, face masks, in different scents like Brazil nut, pomegranate, olive oil, mango, watermelon etc.
-Some good makeup.
-Maybe something to decorate the house with that could be easily enough packed. - Something made from Sari fabric or some other imported thing.
Sorry, I'm probably not much help.
EDIT: I was coming from France when I went there and one of the things I brought was some nice sachets and cushions filled with lavender for his mom and sister. They liked that. Maybe take some pineapple stuff and coconut stuff with you. Candy, canned or otherwise. Like I said, I am probably not much help as my husband grew up in a village and although he traveled through Morocco a lot never really ate anything but typical Moroccan food but I know when he got here he was excited to try pineapples and coconut milk and stuff like that. He likes them too.

I wish I could tell you, but my friend is in Morocco right now visiting someone she meet, and I don't know what to say would be a great gift. Sometimes movies are good, if they have a tv and VCR or a DVD player because I have heard the prices for those items can be quite pricey compared to what people in the States can get them from, but I am not sure where you live. I wish she was home and I could ask her what might be a good idea for gifts....

I am going to second the saree fabric idea. A beautiful (red is loved best here) silk saree would thrill almost any Moroccan woman as they can be made into a great taksheeta.
These things you can find here but they are just quite costly for the average Moroccan....pecans, cashews, pistachios, a nice perfume, nice chocolates/candies (a 920 g tin of Mackintosh comes to mind lol). This one may make you think I am weird but some nice cheeses (softs, semi softs and hards).
If you're going to the north part bring them some natural honey (not orange blossom!!).
I'm also gonna tell you not to go with dvd's...you can get pirate copies here for 10 dirham of movies released in theaters in USA yesterday.

How about a luxury gift from overseas?
I am sure there is something that you know of that is not readily available. You have to personalize it. For example, to a Japanese person, chocolate icecream or peanut butter, it is a real treat. I am sure Moroccans are the same way.

I took maple syrup, Hershey kisses, those fuzzy slipper socks and Bath & Body works bath/shower gels and some American magazines (be careful about the advertising in some of them though...) They LOVED the maple syrup and gave it to everyone who came to visit.
