All royals have diplomatic immunity except for treason, however since prince william is not king yet I think he could get away with it, but I don't think the Queen would be too impressed with him.

He would be arrested for murder. Royal were never really "allowed" to kill to get to the throne, but once they became king, they were above the law. However, I really can't see the UK allowing anyone to get away with killing their brother, especially since there is not an absolute monarchy.

If Prince Harry were to kill Wills, he would most definitely be arrested. While royalty does have some priveledges, murder is not one of them. I also believe he would be removed from the line of succession, so it wouldn't be worth it.

In a constitutional monarchy, Royals are subject to the law just like everyone else. So yes he would be arrested.

Unfortunately, we've stopped doing that sort of thing. Or have we?
But don't worry. With the influence that that family wields, if Harry did the deed in broad daylight in the middle of Wembley arena, they will find a bunch of chinless earls and loads of sloans who will tell us, without a shadow of a doubt, that it wasn't him. We must have made a mistake. The driver was drunk, and it wasn't Harry anyway! He was away on active service in Afghanistan when the incident occurred.

That was in the old days, I believe today he would lose his place in line and possibly all his priveledges. And yes I believe he end up spending prison time for it.

He would most likely be tried by a jury of his peers in the House of Lords.

Hell no, he would just get a crumpet to the cheek and a smack on his bum bum by his big eared father.
