It is an excellent way to reconnect with yourself. We are social animals so of course we fear being alone. In times of seperation and recieving bad news we need to express our feelings and emotions to others. Your feelings at the moment are normal...

hi you,
we all have our moments i think,
as much as i adore the house i rent in the country,
it can get a little spooky at times.
sometimes, it's so dark, when i step on the deck i can't even see my own hand in front of my face.....
when the moon is full,
it's like God's nightlight is on....... ;) it helps, i can look across the yard (3 acres) in every direction and see that there is no one there.......but the fox, and the deer and the moose, turkey and bears........... ;)
