Try some of these. This is a list I have compiled of what I feel are the best free-anti-spyware/anti-malware websites. When I use them together on my system it does an excellent job in keeping it clean.

You need some antivirus/ antispyware tools to get rid of all the different files. if you only get some of them, they will re-multiply and return to their original state. Do not reveal credit card info online until these are eliminated...

download updated avg antivirus free below at the link
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/us/frt/...
download, install, or just update definitions on your current program manually(dont scan yet)
then...
download superantispyware
http://www.superantispyware.com/
download, install, update definitions (dont scan yet)
restart and immediately tap repeatedly down F8 until the boot menu appears before windows starts (to boot into safemode)
once in safemode, run full scans one at a time for both programs (follow instructions to erase all detected items)
Restart again...You should be free from most if not all pests...
please be patient with the scans, they take about an hour for both potentially..

Apart the regular tools you use, try prevx from www.prevx.com/ and see if it can be of any help to you. It is a very effective tool and the basic scanner is free.
