time=distance/time

time=4km / 4km/h
=1 hour
= 60mins

answers: 8km - 120 mins
10km - 150mins

i'm not sure if this is how you present your answers. seems to vary from country to country. hopefully the answers are correct cos i'm prone to careless mistakes.

4 kms/h =
1 km /15 mins,
so you just multiply kms by 15,
giving answers in minutes:
4*15 = 60 (ans),
8*15 =120 (ans),
10*15=150 (ans).
