If you want the easiest way, use 'zillatube'
Zillatube easily download videos and it can download fast..
It works very well...just google search 'zillatube'.

Copy the URL link of the YouTube video that you want to download from the address bar or from the video description.
Paste the link to the box where it says "URL" on Vixy:
http://www.vixy.net
Click the "Start" button to begin download.

Go to keepvid.com and enter in the url of the video. They'll allow you to download it from their page and onto your desktop. Once you do that rename the file whateveruwant ( dot ) flv
You'll also have to download an flv player from them, free of charge. This site's great and I've been using it for over a year.

go on here and u can select what video u want from the links and convert it to what file type you want then you can download it!

you can download a software so you could download videos from youtube and convert it.
