My dads urn and the photo books beside him.The kids will grab the animals,my hubby will grab the lock box with all our papers in it.Then my purse on the way out.The rest is covered by insurance.

since my window is ground-level (bi-level house, i take basement), i would chuck as much out as i could, then i'd crawl out as fast as I could. here is my list of top items, prioritized.
laptop
laptop accessories
alarm clock
cd library
leather jacket
shoes
school spirit wear
there isn't really anything else of value in my room at this time, since my f***ing stepmother decided to have a godd*** raiding party and stole half of my cd's and my portable dvd player
