Some golf gag. Try a novelty store like Spencers. Or a golf shop. I like the gift certifcate to PGA store or a local golf store.

Look at his wallet. Get him one EXACTLY like it.
Get a gift certificate from the golf course he plays at.
Massage seat for his chair.

Go to a golf shop/ or sporting goods store, and see what they have for golfers. Sometimes they have inexpensive little "doo- dads" that golfers use.
Also, my hubby is in that age range, and he likes coffee...so a gift card to his favorite coffee shop would be great too!
