Well for your information.
There is such things known as; artificial insemination, in which females can get impregnanted without actual intercourse, therefore; new research is showing that it may be possible to cross genes between one female to another; except they can only have, female babies considering the lack of chromosomes for the male.

Artificial insemination has been in use for quite some time, especially in the animal husbandry field. If you look at the word "insemination", you will notice that it is derived from the word semen. So, artificial insemination, in it's simplest understanding, means getting sperm into a woman's body in a way other than sexual intercourse. There is still a need for an egg from a woman and a sperm from a man to complete the fertilization process. If you were to insert another woman's eggs into a woman's body, nothing would happen in the way of fertilization to either woman's eggs. Research is always taking place around the world on any number of theories. The theory that genetic material from 2 women can be used to form a baby is probably being studied somewhere. This procedure would probably require the use of In Vitro Fertilization and not Artificial Insemination. In Vitro Fertilization is fertilization that takes place inside a controlled environment, such as a test tube. The first test tube baby was born in England in 1978. To the best of my knowledge, scientific evidence, as of now, shows that genetic material from an egg and a sperm are necessary to create a baby. Perhaps someone some day will develop a living thing that has been created using 2 female gametes, but as with the experiments of cloning, I would not be surprised to see any living thing created this way to have serious genetic complications. Human babies are designed to be created by a man and a woman.

Artificial insemination and cross breeding are two separate things entirely....How old are you???

Gay couples of either gender can make choices to have children with sperm donation or with a surrogate carrying their baby....but on this planet no two women can genetically conceive together.

Never heard of that, since women lack the sperm necessary to fertilize the egg. If they want their genes involved, maybe one could have a male family member donate sperm to fertilize the egg of the other... ?

Right now, no. We'll just have to see what research brings.

If you know the answer to your question, why are you asking?
