Very definitely. I find it hard to upset people and often try to say the right thing just to please. Even being sharp with strangers (ie a shop assistant) I find hard as I imagine how they will feel. I don't like to think of people being upset on my account!! I know I should be stronger and I am trying slowly but surely to change my ways!!!

I used to be. Got burned so badly that I learned that I have to take care of me in order to have anything to give to others. A good book on the subject is "When I Say No I Feel Guilty" by Manual Smith. That really opened my eyes!
