She could conquer my Johnson.
Look if she is truly someone who is in love with me it is not a matter of conquering anything. She is in my very being, every thought and action, it seems almost obsessive at times, so it is more of a surrender of the heart and mind, there is no conquering going on.

A good partner should not try to "conquer" any part of a relationship. You should share heart & minds.

I would say my heart. My mind is my own (as is my partners'). I look at it this way, it is really easy to change someone's mind about something, but when you change their heart... well, now you have a connection.

While, seeing as the "heart" in the sense of being in love is actually in the mind, I'll go with MIND. :)

If he can stimulate my mind my heart will usually follow. 8:)
I retain ownership rights on my mind and heart at all times though.
