ok, before anybody say's anything I should let you know, I hate the banned list. and this shows in some of my other answers on here. However I do think that the Banned list is need to prevent cards that create 1 turn kill decks or decks were people can win on there frist turn, or a card that when it played makes the person who played it the winner. This is my perfect banned list right here.
