It means you are Strategic.....
Their is nothing more effective than a few well placed tears....

well, first of all, for a girl it is acceptable somehow in special cases.
but for man NO WAY.
second thing, i think when some one cry to get somthing its a sign of weakness, deficiency and a weak personality.
its realy a bad habit, and i suggest for you to find another better way to attain something with a strong personality, convincible reasons and slef-esteem.

strategic! you know that you're just doing it to get what you want and isn't it really how you perceive yourself that matters.... I do it sometimes and I'm grown! when my hubby doesn't want to do something or go somewhere that is extremely important to me I do it. Like for instance, I am going out of Town Friday to see some of my family, some of them I don't care for, so I don't want to go alone. He refused to go, so I started in on the water works and viola' he is going now. I rest my case=)

Weak.
Real men hate it when women do this who do not feel sad enough to cry, but crafty enough to use a underhanded maneuver to get her way. It disgusts us if a woman uses tears to get her way. If she does it too often, I leave the woman

Your just use that emotion to get what you want.Its not weak or strategic its called manipulation.Works for most but not on me---sorry.
