i would take it all in stride since but i all have some far out friends!!!

well i would ask her "wow...what made u wanna start being emo? Thats not usually your style." but she would still be my friend. I wouldn't treat her any differently.

If it was a boy I'd laugh my **** off at him and say that he was looking as gay as possible. Shame him back to manlyness. lol.
If it was a girl it's just one of those things. buy her some poetry. maybe take time to have a little weep with her. Buy her a blunt pen knife just in case.
Go to somewhere where you know no one would have anything in common with her and let her moan about how no one can empathise with her.
