DDR of course! (Dance, Dance Revolution: Hottest Party)

I just finished my morning workout to it--no problem reaching and maintaining my "target heart rate", (optimum aerobic beats per minute.) Yes, it makes you work up a sweat, no question, you will burn lots o calories.

Runner up to DDR for calorie burning, I would have to say "Warioware: Smooth Moves". A series of lightening fast mini-games which requires quick thinking on your feet, in which you have seconds to figure out what you need to do next to solve the "puzzles". In fact, in "diet mode" the specific purpose is to see which player can perform the moves the fastest to burn the most calories. It's good, but doesn't compare aerobicly to DDR.

I would rank Wii Sports a dismal 3rd, but still, you will burn more calories playing it than you would playing most other video games--and when played with others during a party, it can give you quite a bit of exercise jumping up and down, doing victory dances and cheering for each other.

I think either Wii Sports or Wario ware Smooth moves. That game is awesome. To the guy who answered above me regarding laziness .... it's obvious that you have never played the Wii or at least a good stimulating game on it. Get the Smooth Moves ... you'll love it!
