It isn't very clear exactly what the problem is. If you have fully scanned your computer with the following three programs:
AVG
Adaware
Spybot Search and Destroy
Then your computer is almost certainly free of viruses and spyware.
Have a look at these articles and follow the instructions within and see if any of these solve your problem:

Ok with out knowing your O/S I will asume it is XP .......Virus replicate themselves attaching to system files in your windows sys folder. Restore your pc to a time where you know it was working properly, this will put your registry back and your win sys files to that time before you got the virus. However this my not get rid of the virus but will give you back control of your pc long enough to run a scan before it starts replicating again. I suggest since your Scan software may be out of date .....you go to www.trendmicro.com and scan your pc with there online scan, it is always up to date and will delete any virus and malware your pc my have ...good luck

Run TrendMicro House Call, direct from their server. You will have to install active "X", no problem as safe. Allow Trend Micro to complete the entire scan of your system. All viruses and spyware found will be destroyed in the end. No conflict with your existing antivirus. You are not downloading the file, the server is scanning your system.

Hope this resolves your problem.

This problem may be the result of scanning and immunizing the computer with Spybot.
"The immunizations page in the latest "Spybot" has a check box that says....
'Lock IE Control panel from opening from within IE (Current User)'"
Try unchecking that box.
