I assume the "earth flip" is a totally garbled reference to a magnetic pole reversal.
Eris is the new dwarf planet recently discovered out past Pluto.
Nibiru is a myth. Wikipedia says a man named Zecharia Sitchin claims to have found reference to an unknown planet called Nibiru in ancient Sumerian texts, but there is a note at the top of the page that says, "The neutrality of this article is disputed".
Planet X is the name astronomers use to refer to an undiscovered planet that they think might exist but which hasn't been found yet. When they were searching for another planet out past Neptune, they called it Planet X. After it was found, they named it Pluto.

This kind of stuff isn't really that interesting, but I'll give you the jist. I say it's not interesting, because it's fake; not real. Some guy awhile ago claimed that there had to be an opposite to everything in the universe, so he insisted that they earth had an opposite. He claimed that there was a planet Nibiru (or sometimes called planet x) orbiting our sun every so often. Once Nibiru get's close to the earth, there's some kind of invasion with giants and some epic battle. There is some far-fetched crap about a war and basically fairy tale nonsense.
If you're interested in this stuff, go ahead, but I'd just watch the star wars trilogy instead.
Note: Eris is real. It resides beyond pluto.

Nonsense that is fashionable in certain circles. It bears no relationship to reality, scientific or otherwise.
Eris was an interesting discovery and helped validate theories about the nature of the solar system. I'm not sure what it has to do with the other stuff.
